I would like to buy the best (software) tool containing everything i need to design a nice and beautiful web site. Can someone tell me? Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

There is rarely a single "best" of anything, especially if the requirements are as vague as "design a nice and beautiful web site". Can you be more elaborate on what the tool should do?

What i mean is: I want to build a web site that lead to some links to read articles on the web site or lead to other pages on the web site. Also, i want to add images like photographs etc. Thank you.

Since you didn't mention what computer you are using, I'll assume it's a Mac and recommend iWeb.
