Two dimensional check box array

Hi,

I have a requirement where in I would have different number of checkboxes under different sections. And the number of sections is also dynamic.
For example

Section 1
-checkbox11
-checkbox12
-checkbox13
Section 2
-checkbox21
-checkbox22
Section 3
-checkbox31
....
....
Section n
-checkboxn1
-checkboxn2
-checkboxn3

I am using org.apache.struts.action.DynaActionForm for form bean. I tried using

  
<form-property  name ="checkboxes" type="java.lang.String[][]"/>

but doesnt seem to accept such a type of multidimensional string. Please help me out how to handle such a case. I am using struts 1.2.9
I went through indexed properties, but I am puzzled how to use it without a two dimensional array in this case.
