I have a requirement to design a website using css.
All these days i had a practice of designing html/jsp pages using table tags and use css for styling. But now its mandatory to design pages using css, where i have to create pages only using div tags and menus only using ul and li tags.
I am finding this very difficult. Can you please let me know if there is a tool to generate css code based pages. Currently i am using dream weaver to design html pages.

Tools don't design web pages -- people do. Depending upon a tool to generate your code guarantees that it will be sub-par.
Grab some modern books on CSS and start learning the technology.
