I am attempting to create my first custom tag in Tomcat 6.0.20.
I get the following error:

abc.tld located in projectOne\WEB-INF

MyFunctions.java located in WEB-INF\classes

web.xml

main.jsp

Please advise what I need to change to get this to work?

First of all, you need to compile your java source file, then put the compiled class file in WEB-INF/classes.
Second of all, you should place the class in a package.
