Static and Dynamic

Which is static and which is dynamic in the below ?

String s = "abc"; (static ??)

String s = new String("abc"); (dynamic ??)


static class loading is as below :

{
public static void main (String args[])
{
Car c = new Car();   --  how is this static class loading ??? i was under the impression that using new operator is always dynamic.
}

dynamic class loading is as below :

Class.forName(String className);

What do you mean by "static class loading" in Java?

The question I would like to ask is the "new" operator is always referred to as dynamic memory allocation correct ??? Or is this used concept used only in C ++ ??

Please clarify my doubt.
