Background image in different resolution

I am having a problem because of resolution.

Basically i am displaying an background image in a .jsp file and using standard resolution 1024*768. In that image there are different labels(names) surrounded to this image.Every labels(names) has its unique value, I am displaying that value from database and the values come perfectly below there respective labels(names) in the above resolution.

But when i change my resolution to 1280*1024 the values doesn't display below there respective labels(names), it goes towards right side of there respective labels(names).
I am using <table> tag to display value.
Below is the example.

If you want things to be absolutely positioned, don't use relative values. In other words what 10% means changes with the size of the window.

By the way, I think the whole approach of using a background image to supply the labels is one that will cause you not end of frustration. I'd use label elements,
