Do you think OpenGL has a future in Java?

OpenGL in itself has become pretty much a standard, so its Java bindings (JOGL) are likely to stick around. But Graphics is a client-side thing for the most part, and since Java hasn't been a big success on the desktop, that's a small -if stable- niche.

But now that Android supports OpenGL ES, more Java developers will be exposed to it.
