This is the awesome community i have ever seen but I think this site have to provide a extra Checkbox in all the forums and allow the ranchers to save the topic they want into their folder by clicking the checkbox. I know this will put extra database burden but it will be useful to everyone to save the topic which they wants privately with them.

What do you mean by "their folder"? Are you aware of the Bookmark (and Watch) feature that goes with the "My Bookmarks and Watches" link at the top of the page?

Code in a browser don't have permission to write to the local disk (without a somewhat complex setup). And there isn't enough cookie space to do this.

If you want this functionality, you will have to save the page yourself (such as print it to a pdf).

[EDIT: oh I see what you mean. How is this different from a bookmark? Besides not being able to label the bookmark with a folder.]

One more option... assuming that you don't like the JR bookmark or watch feature, is to use your broswer. JR topics generally don't change (and have redirects, if they do), so you can also use your browser favorites feature. And this feature generally allow you to organize with folder and file names.
