HI how to Redirect to another portlet from one portlet to aother portlet....

How to use jsp:forward tag in my portlet jps page....

Exactly what is my problem is . I instaleld gridsphere container . it's having a welcome page and i deployed one portlet . When i login directly i want to redirect from welcome page to my portlet page. How can i do ?
