edit and delete operations Datatable In MY faces

Hello All,
i am new to jsf. i want to add edit and delete records from my datatable when users selects the link in the particular row. when users clicks edit link on any particular row, all the output text columns should convert into input text and when they press delete the record should be deleted from the table and the database also.
please help me in this regard.
i am getting the data from the database in the datatable in my page.
