[size=12]Hi! i can't get jr.jar from jr.zip when i extract the files any of them have extension .jar, then i can't use import com.javaranch.common please someone who tell me what i have to do for it works[/size]

You don't want to extract the zip. You can just change the '.zip' to '.jar' and use ... or you can put jr.zip into your classpath and use just like/instead of jr.jar
