Is it that difficult to just create a new Eclipse project?

In any case, I don't know of any automatic project file converters.

Or export the NetBeans project as a jar and import into Eclipse. This will get rid of the NetBeans specific parts. (NetBeans sometimes or always stores things in a different file structure than most IDEs.)
