how to create a EAR file using Netbeans.

I have already created Enterprise Application using Netbeans

1)for creating EAR file should i "select Create Application client Module" when creating project ?
2)I fount there is a EAR file in Dist directory.But there is no EAR file i nDist , but there is a WAR file in Dist directory.
