Hi,

You can't 'Override' any method in the same class. Though you are permitted to 'Overload' them. When you inherit a class from a base class the methods in the base class get overridden by those in the derived class based on certain rules permitted by Java. When you have methods with the same name and different parameters it is called overloading from the java perspective.

Have you understood the difference between the two?

Cheers,
Raj.
