i was preparing for OCA since past few weeks and when i felt i am prepared and can take exam now, i started looking for exam center in my area.
One center which i usually take up for giving certification exams has discontinued tie up with Oracle so i had to look for other centers and i found this center which i took up this time, from Oracle's site.
This center is just one month old which i came to know about when i went there for my exam. I registered my self, paid the fees and waited for my exam to start.
And a lady who was managing the stuff over there asked me to keep all my things in a locker. And then i entered examination room and she said we are going to start the exam. When she clicked on "Start Exam" the window showed some application error. So the lady called customer care center to rectify the issue. They could not fix the issue till the start time of exam and that lady said to me that we will have to reschedule the exam.
I was watching her while she was talking to customer care and the reason for the issue they said is network speed is not sufficient for this exam.
So i thought this problem may occur again so i told her that i dont want to give exam from this center and kindly refund the amount. She did not give me refund so i told her that i am ready to reschedule my exam if center is changed. She agreed on that so i took receipt of fees from her and left.
This was disappointing. i wanted to finish this exam and wanted to start with other stuff. lets see when i am able to appear for the exam now...
