How to add org.eclipse.swt.* library to Eclipse

I need org.eclipse.swt.* library for creation of FontDialog.

I suppose I should update Eclipse software, but where exactly I could find it, at which site address ?

Or I could download from the Web and add it manually.

But, please, if someone know pass me address.
