Axis, Message services

I have to send XML as a message (Without converting to POJO) to server, and then store the same in DB as XML type. The client being Adobe flex and server exposing web services with Axis. I have two questions, appreciate your help:

1) I will have to send the XML from client, and accept it as XML on server. I guess I will have to use message (Me being new to Axis)?

2) Is there anyway I can store this document in DB with help of Hibernate (Since I am using Hibernate in app)?

Thanks in advance.

I agree. Here's the link:
