What do you think the error means? "Unterminated <html:form tag"

Think about that, then look at your sample code.

By the way, please UseCodeTags. Your sample is quite difficult to read the way it is. You can click the Edit button on your post to correct it.

hay man...Line 38 should be </html:form> not <html:form> the / is missing.
