I think you need to send it as an email attachment - not as an upload. But do it after you get a response from them to that effect - refer to a previous post with title "what a mess" for more details

Thanks, I read that post later, I then emailed a sun support lady, she forwarded a email from oracle support, saying they now process by email.... And funny thing, they say I missed their first email.
