Exam length (version) doubt!

Today I've visited my Prometric center and I get information that exam length is 3h and 15min. So I have question: Is it possible that it is 180min (60 question version) + 15min for preparation/exam instructions...?
Thanks is advanced!

When I took the SCJP exam a year ago I got extra 15 min. above the "official time" to complete the test.
When I asked what was the reason of this "bonus" they answered that Sun gave this extra time for non native English speakers
for whom a difficulty in passing exam in foreign language is slightly greater.
