Hello esteemed authors -

Do you think Flex (and indeed Silverlight and JavaFx) has much of a future, given the developments in HTML5?

(And the fact that the Apple i* products don't, and never will support flash content)

Flash is quite well established. That is alway an important factor over other (possibly better) technologies. Silverlight has the backing of a big browser maker, which will be important. JavaFX I personally feel it might just be too late to the party.

Hah... God I love controversy! It keeps things interesting, which isn't easy in our field of industry
