This line is from David's book...what does this mean?
by the time requestDestroyed is called the response has been commited

does this mean that i have called out.flush()? i am trying to create a new session in requestDestroyed....according to the book i should get illegalstateexception because the response could be i called out.flush..but no exception..where did i go wrong? can anyone clarify

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
