"Job Offer" Posts are genuine??

sorry for ask this question but I want to have answer for those question.

I have found many "Job Offer" posts in the below link

What are the criteria to be filled before posting any posts?

All the post are genuine??

1) Whether the company in the Post is real company?,
2) Can I go with the post and apply for the Job?;,If I get a Offer ;can I join With the company??

Anyone with a JavaRanch account in good standing can post job offers. JavaRanch does not perform any checking on them, and does not endorse them, though.

You can most certainly apply for those; just make sure that you satisfy the criteria mentioned in those posts, and that you follow the procedure described in them (which most often is not to reply in the forum).
