how to edit in apache hssf excel api

how to edit in apache hssf excel api

i was writting some stuff in first 10 rows and 4 columns (from top)(whole this data is been in a loop)

and now i want to write in the 6th and 7th column from top which is of 3 rows..(this is also in loop)

its not working..its overwritting the data entered previously..and finally only 3 rows are there...

so what should i do...

it looks something like this...guys help me on this.. i am trying it for three days and cant find any solutions..
