rich FileUpload and reRender

I have rich file upload:

                                              <a4j:mediaOutput element="img" cacheable="false"
												session="false" style="width:250px; align:center;"
												rendered="#{bean.imageAvailable}"
												createContent="#{bean.getTemplateImage}" />	

When i upload picture for the first time, mediaOutput load this picture, but when i upload new picture, it doesnt rerender. If i refresh site, then i see new picture. What am i doing wrong?

Probably the old image is still in your browser cache. I've had similar problems. Unfortunately, I don't recall what the best solution for that is supposed to be.
