The Ekahau Java SDK is delivered as part of the Ekahau RTLS package. You can download the RTLS package by registering for evaluation at:
http://www.ekahau.com/products/real-time-location-system/evaluate.html

or naturally if you have a full license of the Ekahau RTLS the SDK is already installed to your computer.
