Hello friends,

I want to know what are the ideal ways to spend your weekends? I know there is no any criteria. but it is really difficult to spend days in summer. Especially when you are not living with your friends or family. I know I can read books but how long or which type?

You can not sleep for whole day, you can not watch movie or any TV serial entire day.

Waiting for some useful suggestions.

Sport, meditation, relaxing, learning, playing an instrument, etc. I mean depends on your hobbies / preferences. You have hobbies, ain't you? :-p

Ellen DeGeneres used a similar trick to create humor when she commented on Leonardo Di Caprio while hosting Oscars back in 2007;

Ok Joachim, I was not meant for liquor. I understood what you said. But I want to know some other ways that people follow in their weekends.

This time "No Emoticons!" it may lead to some falsehood meaning.

What a great problem of luxury to have - you have too much free time that you don't know what to do with!

I wish I had that problem. But I always have far too many things that I want to do in the little free time that I have and the weekend is always over far too quickly.

Go to a museum, go meet some people and do fun things together, go to a movie, do sports, listen to music, go to a concert, play music yourself, do something else creative, help other people, visit your parents, make a trip to a place you've never been before, ... there are too many things to do.

Study study study an study as a java developer you have to know everything, since we have a three year annual ressesion you will be unemployed as that start up comapny collapses everyone in the city panics.

Then it is interview fun, you have to know all of core java, then all of J2EE then spring hibernate, front end back end, more core java, you will be asked questions about code you will never have to write.7

You will be asked to write code that reinvents the wheel followed by good old DB stuff, HML stuff UML stuff.

And I am sure that I have missed lots of stuff.

Best thing is that you are stuffed full of knowledge that you wont need again unil the next ressesion.

Hope this helps.

;)

Thanks to all for this useful advice. I will follow them in order. So on this Saturday, I will definitely search for any music class or any NGO.

Thanks to all of the Ranchers who spent time to help me out. (Emoticons Finallly....!)
