i am struggling from getting book that covers a-z topic of java with really good examples.To read within 15 to 20.

Depends on the unit. 15-20 seconds or minutes, that's hard. 15-20 hours, doable. 15-20 years, piece of cake.

Go for khalid mughal best book. Else go for head first that is also a good book. But these books can not be completed with in 15- 20 days if your target is this as per my knowledge.
