Are there no reviews of the few books that cover Google's App Engine. I did a few searches but didn't turn up anything. If this really is the case I will post a review of the 2 I have read. If so could some one provide a link?

The only one I can really recommend is this one:
Programming Google App Engine: Build and Run Scalable Web Apps on Google's Infrastructure

Two other things you will want to do: sign up for the Google group(s),, and read the online documentation - which is pretty good.
