How to use struts.Globals.ERROR_KEY on to Struts 1 Framework

I am not so familiar with struts Framework


In our project we are using the above syntax as shown



I knew that this particular piece of code will be getting executed if there are any Errors , but how exactly we need to set errors in a Java File ??
