Hi friends,
I am opening a pop-up window using (window.open), there I am getting the values using window.opener
(where salutation is a text field in the form)
This is not working for first page/first time, but for other pages its working fine, for first page also next time onwards it is working.

Please help in this regard,
thank you

And what would the error message be?

thank you Eric.

Not getting any error messages.

For the first time/first page the value is not coming, for the next pages value is coming , if I navigate to the first page again then value is coming.

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
