Error defining a bean. Please help

in a file called data-access-config.xml I have the following lines:


yet, when i start tomcat i find the following in the log file:

Im not sure why because if the file is being imported. The path and classname for daoUtils is also correct.
Please help.

Solved:

Turns out Tomcat was confused. Deleted all references to webapps that aren't tomcat defaults and restarted again.
Seems to be happy now.
 
It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
