I have several web netbeans projects and I would like to keep them without modifying (and arranging files/folders). In top of that i would like to add maven (for production building purposes). Is it possible to do it? If yes - how?

Possible, yes. Without pain? Not so much--it's *really* best to do things the Maven way. The Maven docs and the internet probably have information about using an existing project's directory layout, but I can't recommend it--not worth the trouble. Depending on your current project layout it might not be that difficult to switch.

I agree. Here's the link: http://aspose.com/file-tools
