What it takes to work at [removed]

Hi everyone, I am currently doing my engineering. I want to work at [removed], and also want to contribute in development of [removed]. What step should i follow to acheive my goal, i mean what kind of experience first up all i shall take??

And if you want to work for [removed] Try to apply to your nearest [removed] offices with your resume when you finish your engineering.

Thanks Rohan, But what if i cant get Job at [removed] directly after college, what should i do, in order to full fill my dream??
