Editor does not contain a main type.

I get a error, editor doesnt contain a main type. What does this mean ? I have a main in my pogram, so not sure why am getting this error. And also the code was working before as normal. Please assist.

You don't have a class with a public static void main method, or at least the currently active class doesn't have this.

What *precisely* is happening, and under what circumstances? If you're having an issue with Eclipse itself, I've seen errors similar to this when the workspace gets corrupted.
