This week's book giveaway is in the General Computing forum. We're giving away four copies of Arduino in Action and have Martin Evans, Joshua Noble, and Jordan Hochenbaum on-line! See this thread for details.
"Pro EJB 3: Java persistence API" is a very interesting book on JPA 1.0. It goes well beyond the exam scope, but it's very well worth reading. "Pro JPA 2: Mastering the Java Persistence API" is an updated version, for JPA 2.0. I have not read it yet, but I guess (only a guess) that it contains most of the first book content, plus the JPA 2.0 specific stuff. For the exam, I don't think it would be harmful to read the JPA2.0, but if you want to stick to SCBCD stuff, then you'd better get the first one.
