Error creating bean with name tilesConfigurer

Hi, I am running Spring 3.0, Hibernate 3.0 and Tomcat 6 with the 4 tiles files (core, jsp, api, servlet). I tried with all versions of 2.1.3 and 2.2.1 tile files. Neither one helped with my problem.

This is the error:
