here iam a using a jsp page in which i use three buttons add,update and delete the problem is that when i click on one of the buttons the following error comes

What have I asked you to do regarding code tags and multiple files? Split them up instead of just throwing one gigantic code tag block at us.

Did you notice that each of your submit buttons is being created with different HTML? Do you think each one is passing a reasonable key to look up in the map? Have you examined the rendered HTML?
