Problem with MQ installation

I am not sure which is the right place to put my question but as its one to the IBM product I am putting it here. It would be great if anyone can help me on this.

I had installed WMQ 7.0 on my system which was working fine. But after I stopped it and restarted it started giving me some environment variables related problems. After doing some googling I thought of reinstalling MQ so the things get reset.

I unstalled the MQ using the remove option in the installer and reintalled it. After thats its not allowing me to create a Queue manager in it. The error I am getting says: AMQ7155: License file not found or not valid.

I am not sure how to install the lincese and if it needs to be manually installed etc. Can somebody please guide me.
