Help needed on Map Backed Action Form

Hi Everyone !
I have one problem that I don't know how to solve . I want to write an ActionForm .In this ActionForm doesn't know in advance as to has how many controls , and the name of these controls . I want more help on Map Backed Action Forms . I don't know how to read the values will go in the formbean.If anyone know about that please show me .

Be clear about waht u need ?? r u looking for something like lookupdisaptch action where an action can service many requests

Are you talking about dispatcher action ?
