Apache Commons EL is one option. There are several really good EL libraries of varying capabilities (Apache's JEXL, MVEL, OGNL, more) though, depending on your needs.
 
I’ve looked at a lot of different solutions, and in my humble opinion Aspose is the way to go. Here’s the link: http://aspose.com
