JBoss 6 and Eclipse Galileo : a trick to avoid redeploy ?

Hi,
in my webapp, I have quite a few CSS and JSP files.
Unfortunately, whenever I modify a CSS file or a JSP file, I need to rebuild the EAR and redeploy it to the server. It takes about 3 mn each time.
It is time-consuming when you make only a minor change.

Is there a way, in Eclipse, to skip this redeploy phase ?

Thanks for helping.
