Issues with jboss.xml file in jboss 5.1

Hi friends,
I getting problem with using jboss.xml

It throws exception as below:-

But when i m writing <jboss/> only in jboss.xml file and giving jndi name in sessionbean itself it is working fine.
Can any one help me why i m getting this problem
