How to buy Whizlab mock exams from ROMANIA?

Hi!
I'm from Romania and need to buy Whizlab's mock exams for SCJA.
When i try to buy from the site, (with credit card), my request is rejected.
Can anybody help me with this?

N.B. :
It doesn' t want to meet my request because they do not make delivery in Romania.

You're probably best to contact them directly. It's a download, so I'm not sure what the delivery problem is for the resource.
