I am trying to use jstl c ut tags to set the values for my html:multibox value attributes, but I keep getting a "Attribule ${attribute} has no value" error. Any ideas what's going on here and what I need to do to get this to work?

This sounds like a good question for Peter den Haan!

Are you trying to do something like this
<html:multibox property="somProperty" value="<c: out value="${someEL}" />" ?

If so, then I don't think it will work. The value attribute can have
- static content OR
- JSP Expression <%= %>
Can it have another tag as its content?

[Edit] Try using a normal JSP Expression for the value attribute.
