Problem with javaranch struts tutorial.

Hello,
Im trying to do my first struts "thing" =) and im lost.
I have followed first the struts 1.0 tut and then later the 1.1 tut.
Now i get an error that i cant figure out it seems.
When i try to load my jsp page(loginView.jsp) i get this error:
javax.servlet.ServletException: Cannot retrieve definition for form bean null
Any help is appreciated.

Great i think that problem went away or else it will come back later and bite me in the a**.
Now i got a new problem.
Error message is this:
javax.servlet.ServletException: Cannot find message resources under key org.apache.struts.action.MESSAGE
