Ant 1.7: Turning on debugging by default for javac task

Hi,

I'm using Ant 1.7.1 with JDK 1.6. I have a number of javac tasks in my target. By default, the "debug" option is set to off and I was wondering if there is a way to make the default be "on" (or "true"). I could just type 'debug="true"' for all my javac tasks, but there are a lot and it seems like there is a more efficient way.

Thanks, - Dave

You could use a define, like this:

then use the define like this to compile with debugging:

Or set a property and use that as the value of the debug element.
