Having a bit of a issue here.

Deployed jstl.jar and standard.jar with application and based on the instructions, should be able to use the .tld inside of the .jar file using the URI inside of the tld.

When I do this, the JSTL doesn't seem to work.

I have to explicitly extract the c-1_0.tld into the WEB-INF and make a declaration in the web.xml to get it all working.

We're using Servlet v2.3 so there is no reason why this shouldn't work with the .tld in the .jar file.
