please can any body tell me how to connect to the database.

i spent lot of time reding books, please don't tell me like

load the driver dynamically

create the connection object....

but theoritically what i have to do

download anything like mysql or sql server or can i choose MS Access 2007 as RDBMS

like what are the steps to create database and tables whare should i give the DSN name ..etc
