I am beginner to Struts. I am reading this book on Struts by Richard Hightower. Is there any other book that you guys would like to recommend?

I recommend "Struts in Action" by Ted Husted.

And of course don't forget the struts documentation it's very useful.

Also take a look to book reviews at javaranch bunkhouse

I personally recommend Struts : The Complete reference
or Pro Jakarta Struts
as very good Struts books.
It also depends for what use you are looking for a book.

I second "Pro Jakarta Struts, Second Edition" by John Carnell, Rob Harrop.
